Cardholder Data

For future or recurring transactions, PlusMoreUsa may store this information, which may include a primary account number (PAN), cardholder name, expiration date, and/or service code (collectively, “Cardholder Data”). We utilize WaveApps, a Payment Card processor that complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

While PlusMoreUsa applies current industry standards, including PCI DSS, to protect Cardholder Data, no method of processing, transmission, or storage is 100% secure. As such, we cannot guarantee that our safeguards will prevent every unauthorized access or disclosure. If a security issue is suspected, members should contact PlusMoreUsa’s Privacy Officer immediately.

Collection and Use
PlusMoreUsa collects and uses member-identifiable information for billing, service provision, issue resolution, and to inform you of new products and services. We may also use this information, in conjunction with external data, to offer services that we believe will be of interest to you. However, your information will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

Security
PlusMoreUsa has implemented and will continue to update technological and security measures to safeguard your member-identifiable information from unauthorized access or misuse.

PlusMoreUsa will not read or disclose private email communications transmitted via our services to third parties, except as required to operate the service or as authorized by law. Mortgage Affiliation Disclosure
PlusMoreUsa is not a loan originator nor a lender.  Our mortgage coaching sections are based on our 24 years of experience dealing with bank’s underwriters and helping clients clear their conditions to close.

PlusMoreUsa maintains compliance with its Privacy Policy through self-assessment. We encourage individuals to raise concerns regarding our processing of their personal information by contacting our Privacy Officer or Legal Department. If a dispute arises, it may be resolved through arbitration with the American Arbitration Association. Any claims must be brought within two years of the event giving rise to the claim. Florida law will govern any dispute resolution unless otherwise agreed in writing.
